If your Audi does not have an OEM oil pan "heater patch" then likely it does not have the Cold Weather Package. If your car does have Cold Weather Package, possibly your cord is tucked away at bottom of rad area and not obviously visible.

With hood open, search around bottom open area between rad and bumper for an AC cord. Failing that, go under front end and shine a light thru plastic sound dampener panel holes or remove sound dampener panel to see if bottom of engine lower oil pan has a heater patch with an AC cord attached.

Audi's do not offer this! That is an aftermarket mod and winter package on an Audi = Heated seats, pretty much! Call your dealer and verify this, some audi dealers do an aftermarket mod at an additional cost!

Our Audi's have the Cold Weather Packages and the block heaters were attached when the vehicles were delivered as new... back when the dealer still liked me

Cold Weather Package had more than heated seats... including heated mirrors and a ski sack! On the C5 A6, heated fronts were standard so CWP added heated rear seats too.

Regardless of who installs it, oil pan Block Heater should look something like this
