advice on selling audi a4 1.8l, 2002
Could I get some feedback on advice on selling a 2002 audi a4, fully loaded, mint condition car with 37,000 km's? I don't want to overprice it but it is a very unusual sale. Thanks!!!

Hi Madison!
I purchased my B6 2005 loaded 2 years ago from my old neighbor with 17,000km and full service records for 15k. I did spend around 2k in preventive maintenance and cosmetic work
Now it has 35,000km.

Yours is 2002, first year of the B6 model...and regardless if we like it or not the B9 is almost here to be launched in a couple of years. Unfortunately selling a 10 years old car will impact the price regardless of mileage which will work against you at some point. A car is meant to be driven so your best approach is to takeyour time and find someone who want and loves the B6 design and obviously price it accordingly since you cannot demand a big premium like classic cars if you see what i mean...best of luck!

Re: advice on selling audi a4 1.8l, 2002
2 years ago I paid $14,000 for my '05 that had 170,000km so you can see that mileage will have less to do with the price than the condition of the car. I passed on similar cars that were $2000-3000 less with 50,000-70,000km less because the one I bought was an 8/10 on the outside and flawless inside. You'll get a good price if you can be patient but that depends on your timeline.

Try the auto Trader value finder as a starting point The VMR Site is good too but tends to be a bit optimistic. VMR Canadian Used Car Prices
