Default A4 need to be sprayed for rust
from what i hear audis don't rust and rust proofing could void your warrenty

any one know exact

True, particularly if they drill holes in the body to inject the rust proof.

Spraying it without drilling (voids your 12 yrs Audi warranty) will only help at least stop any kind of rust and or moisture...
