Im looking at buying a 2004 a4 with the 1.8T engine and quattro.
The car has 167000km and has had the 120k timing belt/water pump/fuel pump change. Im wondering how reliable this car will be?
Im going to get it inspected by bcaa, but still how reliable are these cars usually?
especially a newer one with higher km.

its an '05 and I think its a great deal for an 05 quattro! I sold my '04 last year with 64k km's on it for $23k so for 12.5 and 2.5 times the clicks its a hell of a deal! and a year younger too.

i think 12.5 is way too much for that mileage espeacially you can have these two here.

um it says 04 in the thread name . so i'm not sure what ur reading . and ya i dont think its worth 12.5

should i get? im not so worried about the price but about its reliabilty, for driving maybe 200km a week

its not the worst deal out there . but i hate that colour , that was the colour of mine . and i had that trans and i hated that too . but it makes for a much better city drive then the 5 speed
