2.7 Biturbo swap
Hello all!
No sure how many people still monitor the the B6 forum, but here goes.
I recently picked up an 04 USP 3.0 MT. Been looking for a long time for this particular one due to it's compatability for the swap with the 2.7t.
I know these girls are getting old but this one is in great shape. High KMS but almost no rust and runs and handles very well.
I've had two 1.8t's (A B5 sedan and a B6 Avant) in the past and really enjoyed them for what they were.
A friend of mine had a B5 S4 and really liked the drive. It was tuned so it was that much more enjoyable
Was never a huge fan of the look of the B5 but absolutely loved my B6 Avant and the B6 in general.
So.....now I'm going to mix the two. Currently i'm getting a low KM 2.7 from a A6 that was very well maintained swapped in and should be done in a week or so.
Just looking to see if there's anyone here who has done the swap and has any feed back.
Thanks.
