Have gas cap missing or gas door open warning showing on dash and can't find out why. Have replaced gas cap with new from dealer, but can't get outline of car with gas pump showing to stop showing on dash. Did notice that gas door lock does not engage when car is locked from inside car with door lock button on drivers door. Also when key fob is used to lock doors, gas door does lock. What to do?

Disconnect your battery for 5 minutes and then reconnect.

It worked for me.

Make sure you have your radio code, you may have to re-enter it.
