Unhappy white blue smoke..lots of it

I took my car to the local independent audi mechanic. He flushed my heater core and replaced 2 breather pipes. (500.00)
When I picked up my car it was smoking like crazy!..this wasnt happening before.
It is burning oil ..alot of it..when i remove the oil cap..there is lots of pressure. Also lots of oil inside the exhaust pipes

Why is it that everytime I fix one problem..another one surfaces immediately?

Did the mechanic do something incorrect with the breather pipes to cause this?

I am planning to go to the Audi dealer tomorrow to see what they say?

Any advice?

Thanks

Is there lots of "pressure" or was it "suction" when you removed the oil cap?
