i think its special edition...im not aware of a special edition, but that doesn't mean the dealer didnt sell it as one and add on a few things like the power group, sunroof, winter package....upgraded wheels...who knows. either that or maye it means its the USP version.

i would be curious what makes it a "special edition"

 

Not sure this helps but I know there's a B7 SE package ( at least on the 2007 model) ... basically it has the S-line treatment such as bumber front lip door sills and included 17" wheels but regular suspension and 4 spoke steering wheel.
