Yesterday I turned off the radio in my 1998 A4 to talk on the phone for a minute - when I turned it back on I had lost volume control.

When you turn the ****, you can tell that it isn't engaging properly with the volume gears (or whatever is in the radio).

Tried searching and it didn't seem like anyone else had mentioned something like this.

Anyone think of a way to get it working again?
