How do I get the code for my radio (don't have owner's manual)? I would like to change my battery in a 2003 Audi A4 and was told that I need to input a radio code once the new battery is installed? Thanks, PaisaMed

No, that is not correct. The new radios are set by VIN and will come alive once restarted.

This is how you change a battery without screwing with any settings on the Audi.
Battery replacement 101

a. Open the hood
b. Find a power supply in the Audi that is alive with the KEY OUT
c. Get a jump or 12V battery pack
d. Plug the jump pack to the power supply
e. Remove your battery without setting fire to the Audi
f. Install the new battery without setting fire to the Audi
g. Remove the jump pack connection
