P0420 Code on my A4
 

Hi:

I'm new on this forum, I just brought an 02 A4 Quattro, really is an amazing car..

Driving to my job the check engine just came on, I stopped on AutoZone and ask to check the code, and I got the P0420.

Apparently is a failure on the catalytic converter, does somebody have an Idea if this is true?
