Must read!!! DEALERSHIP FIGHTS FOR CUSTOMER!!!

If you ever have a problem with your Audi that is a warrenty or anything for that matter, go to CROSBY AUDI in kitchener/waterloo.

My engine was hit with sludge, my car was 100 numbers out of vin warrenty.

The first answer was that audi canada was going to do nothing. CROSBY actulay faught for me!!!! A DEALERSHIP FIGHTING FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!

Took about a week but they got audi canada to pay for everything!!!

$9000 repair and i dont have to pay a single thing!!!!

I have to say i am extremely impressed with them there and will definitly keep my car there!

Crosby has been around forever...I guess this is one reason why.

BTW - what causes sludge build-up? I know Toyota tried to pass it off on the owners not doing regular oil changes.

Of course they're going to fight for you. Warrantee work is not free. Audi Canada pays the dealer so I'm sure they wanted the money. The dealership wasn't fighting for you, they were fighting for themselves.

Either way the dealer gets paid from the customer, or the Manufacturer. This is beyond the dealers call of duty and thats why its awesome that they actually faught for him not to pay.

Yes, but the dealer has a better chance of getting 9K out of Audi than they do out of a customer.

I can see your point there, but at the same time they do not give the vehicle back to the customer unless it is paid for. I have seen the cars left in garages/parking lots for over 2 months due to this. It is fairly easy for the dealer to disable the owners keys.

exactly. My car was OUT OF WARRENTY!! so it was not even a warrenty claim. Yes it is easier for a dealership to get money from audi canada then it would be for me. They really could of said, screw you, no warrenty, no fix! but they didnt, they helped me fight for money. Like one move said, they could of said your on your own or you owe us 9000 to fix it.

Point is Crosby did go above and beyond and get this fixed!!!

Crosby's is awesome.....I've probably been there once a week since taking ownership of my car a few months ago....instead of getting pissed off at me for coming back so many times with car troubles...they're polite.

I once thought about what car i'd be getting after my Audi, because of Crosby, it'll be an Audi again.

Who's your mechanic there?

That is awesome, at the local dealer here, I get treated a bit better because I am good friends with one of the mechanics. But the attitude you get sometimes is beyond explainable and then there would be all these additional charges etc. to a point where I got ticked off at the dealer and avoided them for those reasons. I also started a club here to help out local owners as well.

When you import an audi from US they wanted $600 to do the DRL's and they stated that it is a long process(It was mutiple B7 A4's), meanwhile it can be coded within 10 minutes. WTF? They just rip you off big time, and this is the firstime someone actually complimented a dealership not just an employee so hands down to them.
