Thumbs down Loss off power while driving, 2005 a4 6.0 V6 Q

Okay so my audi has been doing this weird stalling/driving thing lately. It happens variously from shifting to driving in any gear basically. It is getting very annoying, because in order for it to work again i have to let the pedal all the way up. Then it works fine for a bit.
I know there isnt much on here for the V6 but anyone had something like this?
PLease help.

Any change in engine revs prior to you lifting your foot off the gas?

The revs just drop right down until the engine kicks in again.

That kinda suggests the ECU is getting a signal to reduce revs independent of the gas pedal position. Might need to pull some codes to see if the transmission is sending unwanted signals or the ECU is detecting an engine condition and is putting things into "limp" mode.

Yes, but woudnt there be a engine light on then or does audi not show engine lights easily. First time owning one so i know very little. It has been a pain this car.

I'd hook up a vagcom and pull out some codes, maybe your throttle needs to be reset

Hi there, thanks for the reply.Like i said im new to audi and have little knowledge. So what is the vagcom ppl are talking about, and where do i get one done or can i do it myself? See the throttle thing doesnt happen always, it kicks in sometimes when driving at lower speeds. What i am also thinking about is electrical problem. See the weird thing is once i let the pedal all the way back up it works perfect again.
