Does anyone know the correct way to install new down pipes on the 2002 S4. i m having the hardest time trying to find someone that can do the job. I have heard many different things, from removing front clip and removing engine, to moving sub frame forward to get at the down pipes. Does anyone know roughly how long it should take a shop to get this done.

I ordered the VAST piggie downpipes and sent in my old downpipes for a refund. My first gear went on my tranny so I picked up a 01E TDI tranny and got both the downpipes and the transmission in along with a new clutch and the flywheel primed for 900$ cash. Mister Transmission in burlington. Ask for the owner, I believe his name is Rick. He's usually pretty good with cash deals.
