SO the sound is getting louder and i now have a stutter in the acceleration

what could this be?

The most common failure of the OEM Diverter Valve is that the internal rubber diaphram tears and starts to leak boost. As mentioned BOV's are not recommended for Audi's as all intake air is metered so if you blow off air, you are forcing the engine to momentarily run rich and in the long term can damage many components like exhaust sensors and cats, etc.

Remove your DV and test it so that you know for sure if it has failed or not.
