Recently, I've noticed it seems as if my A4 doesn't switch gears (my car is automatic).
I step on the gas, and the car goes no where!
I first noticed it when I was making a left turn, right around the turn, I started stepping on the gas, and my car didn't move! It kicked in eventually, but kind of startled me!
It happened again today, in the middle of a right turn I had to brake because of the guy in front of me, and then when I went to step on the gas again, my car wasn't moving, this time I actually had to turn off the ignition and restart.

Anybody ever experience this before?

 

I also had this problem on my car. It seemed like the gas pedal wasn't connected to anything. Hit the gas and nothing, no revs, no motion.....

It happened to me twice last summer, but nothing since. No error codes.....

 

Yeah, I'm not getting any error codes either.
