i just bought a kit from these guys in waterloo...It was the fog light kit H11 bulb i think, slim balasts and the plug and play resistors for the day time running lights.
It cost me $180 cash and that comes with the full warrenty and everything.

Maybe not be the absolute cheapest but they were extremly knowledgable about the audi and they are great quality. Really though, for 150 for the slim balasts if you guys want them for your head lights is a pretty damn good price. Took me about 15 min to install them too.
