Hello all!

I am new to the Forum, and I have a 2002 A4 1.7 Quattro chipped and lowered.

She's a great machine to drive: while not a large car, she is quite agile, and when not carefull she could run fast enough to lose me my licence on the spot.
For other thrills I have a 1979 Camaro: 350 (5.7) four speed... but I love my little Audi, and I do not wish for a 6 or 8, nor an S...

I get it serviced at Owasco: any comments about them?

Hey man, did your engine shrink in this heat. I know it's a typo and you meant 1.8T. Very nice ride, please post pictures some time. Not sure about Owasco service department, but Neil the parts guy is great there.

Funny guy! Typo... 1.8... 1.7 what is 100cc ?!
If I recall it right the 1.8L engine is actually ALMOST that, as it is some 17xx cc.

Love that trunk lip spoiler. I have the exact same car, same colour etc but don't have that lip! Been looking to get one...

anyway, reason I'm replying is that my A4 was origionally from Owasco. I'm the second owner on the car...I can't speak to Owasco specifically, but I can tell you that my car was in imaculate running condition when I got it and I have all the service receipts/records (all from Owasco). So I guess what I'm getting at is that they did a good job!

Hey Rob,

Owasco is an OK place... I had issues with them re: NewSpeed chipping and warranty... for the most part they are average-to-good!

Actually that spoiler is no more... It came off due to cheap double-tape and after we got new tape for it and tried to put it on it snapped in two... it was a cheap S4 immitation.

I just got a new one: better quality - you could tell by how heavy it is - and finished to perfection. Was bought from the States and it wasn't cheap; had it painted and I had it installed with professional adhesive by OWASCO in Whitby.

This spoiler is slightly bigger and more "aggressive looking". I'll post new pictures soon.
