Unhappy Dont know whats going on

I just got back from the store today when all of a sudden my car started to shake a bit and rpms were unsteady at a sit. There is no check engine light on. I had to replace my igintion coils before ( right after i chiped out) but when that happened my check engine light was flashing.

No codes, so I have no idea....
You guys have any ideas??

If it were the coils would a check engine light be on?

no its probably a coil pack. It just means the coil pack is not completely gone which is why the CEL is not on...dont worry though, it will go on!!!

Well, I changed out the damn coil packs and nothing has changed. But I did notice that the last one I was taking out did not have any fuel on the bottom like all the others. I wonder if there is no fuel going to that one coil pack, and if that is the case what needs to be done....hmmmmm.....

you shouldnt have fuel on any of them...the coil packs go to the spark plugs. the plugs may have residue on them but really when you turn the engine off, they should be dry!

If your coil packs have gas/oil/coolent, theres a bigger problem at hand...Sorry man...maybe more details might help.

Im just hoping that its your spark plugs your talking about and if theres fuel on them...i can pray that they are just dead and not giving out a spark....

Im pretty sure that its the coil packs im talking about, Those 4 things that you just unclip then pull out. Im starting to get worried, because yeah there was gas or some kind of oil at the bottom of 3 of the 4 igintion coils.
Its only when you let go of the gas and the rpms drop to around 1000 that it starts to sputter.
When you have the gas pushed the shake goes away... Im going to have to take it in.

ya im sorry man, from what your saying your pulling out the coil packs and they have liquid on them...they should be completely dry...maybe a little white greese on the inside of them where they touch the plug but i think you have a head gasket leak...sorry man...let me know how it goes

if its just the valve cover, you can do that one yourself..Its not hard...time consuming, but not too hard.
