Just wondering if anyone on here has installed a circ heater, or if there is a how too somewhere on the web. I got a Phillips and Temro heater and would like to find out how to install it. The ol' A4 is not enjoying the -40 in fort mcmurray. Any help is appreciated.

 

Couple threads on here discussing block heaters. I so far haven't found a decent way to install a recirc heater on my A4, simply no room to get at anything so I have been just using the pan heater which does make a big difference from nothing, but still nowhere near as nice as a block or recirc heater.

 

I took my car to the Audi deale two weeks ago, the bottom line is, they cannot install any type of block heather.

My car is an Audi 2009.

 

i concur that a block heater is out on the 3.0L. All frost plugs are simply at inaccessible spots. recirc and pan patch heaters are the only options.
