Default Audi A4 Quattro 3.0L 6 speed Brakes locking

Hello everyone I am new to this forum. I have a Audi A4 Quattro 3.0L 6speed. I have a problem where the brakes stick after driving for about 30 minutes or so. I can then park the Audi and the brakes will release and I can drive again after about 20minutes. I have replaced all the calibers all pads rotors the brake booster the master cylinder and the E brake and new rubber lines on each wheel. I also did a brake fluid flush. I have a new brake switch on the way that I ordered. Can anyone please help me?? This is my daily driver and I am stumped!!! Also my Audi has zero codes that come up at all when I do a scan and no warning lights on the dash.

Hello Bradon,
My 2002 A4 just recently did this same thing. It's currently in the shop now for over a week and they are puzzled as to what else it could be. They already replaced the M/C and did the bleed job twice. They also ruled out the ABS unit by disconnecting it (I'm not sure mechanically or electrically but I assume electrically). Were you able to get yours resolved? What was it? Help is appreciated...sorry no one else replied to your recent post.

Matt
