Thanks for the photos, those look good. One big issue with your install though, I would be driving my car back to the installer, and telling them to install it properly.
They have the weight of the hitch, relying on that silverrectangular washer, through the cars factory tow hook. The hitch bar itself should be resting on the factory tow hook with the rectangular washer below the factory tow hook. That to me looks like a big issue, and I would not be towing anything with your Audi, until it gets fixed properly. I hope the holes still line up in the spare tire well, after they install it properly.
