Why not purchase a new seal for a couple bucks and pop it in. Shouldn't have to remove tank to do that.

Looks like i fixed it... The part where the motor goes into.. I guess it was loose so i took it out cleaned it up and pushed it back down and shes holding water, No WARNING LIGHT
