On my 2001 2.8 audi a4 auto. I notice that in low rpms there seems to be a bit of hesitation before the car begins to accelerate.

Or if Im driving and I need to pass, without hitting the button under the gas pedal, it feels a little hollow for a few seconds before it drops a gear and my power is there.

Im not sure how better to describe it, I know the car has the power it just dosnt immediatly acess it.

Any ideas?

How can I be sure that the throttle body has been reset, is there any noise / iddicatiction that is iddicative to this?

How does one check their tranny fluid? I don't know if the 2001s are different, but I can't find anyway of checking mine, 02 3.0 tip
