2001 A4 V6 5 speed

Ive been trying to find an answer to this from anyone and everyone.I just picked it up from the shop where they couldn't find the cause either.Maybe someone has experienced this.

I had a bad plug wire a few weeks ago which caused a bad misfire.I changed the wires and all was good.I took it to the local garage to have the CEL cleared and it had a P0605 code as well as the misfire code.They were cleared and all was well until a couple of days ago.The CEL came back on and the P0605 code came back.But car ran fine.Then it started not to not start when it was hot.There would also be no self check CEL when the ignition was turned on.If I wait a few minutes till it cools down the self check CEL light will pop on and it will start no problem and run fine.

I have just discovered that if you turn the ignition on 3 times the ECU boots on the 3rd try,you can hear it boot up and the CEL comes on.And it starts and runs great.

Also if you pull fuse number 29 (control module) and push it back in it will boot up sometimes.
