Weird ABS Noise on acceleration, Any suggestions?

Weird ABS Noise on acceleration, Any suggestions?
I am having this really weird noise when I come to a stop and take my foot off the brake there is a grinding noise (sounds similar to the abs)
It also happens if I am driving at low speeds and take my foot off the gas pedal, (without applying my foot on the brakes) the noise kicks in, and the stops immediately when I re-apply the gas.
Also note that my abs always kicks on when I am braking on dry pavement.
Does anybody know which parts of my brakes/abs needs to be changed?
