Too much Pressure? 1999 AUDI A4 QUATTRO
 

Hey guys.. well im new to audis.. and of course the first one i get screwed over with but anyways Im slowly fixing it up.. heres the issue

I bought the car and drove it approx 100kms... driving it very soft.

when I hit 5th gear and give some heavy acceleration the car judders.. the BOV will go off after releasing foot. but I went to show someone the problem and the intercooler blew..
I got that fixed thinking maybe it was old or something.. It has a upgrades k04 hybrid turbo i believe anyways only 10k on it.

so what is causing my car to judder in 5th with heavy acceleration? the BOV is adjustable so possible its the problem??

Heres what I think is happening and correct me if i sound stupid.. the reason for my intercooler blowing could be from the turbo building up way to much pressure which is why the bov goes off afdter heavy acceleration in 5th gear.

any help is great also hello to everyone on here. I hope to learn lots more as i moved away from the honda scene into the audi scene :D
