Tires for 98 A4 - 225/55 16?

Hello.

After looking at a number of forums, I see conflicting information. Maybe someone can clarify this.

My A4 has the 205/55 16s on it now. Can I go up to 225/55 16s?

Tire size calculator

Use this link. On my B5 A4 I went from 205/55-16 to 225/50-16 to maintain the same rolling diameter.
