Sparkplugs...time to change

Im hitting the time when is should change my spark plugs. I have a 1998 b5.
And i started to search for some good spark plugs and couldn't really find any info on this. So im wondering do you guys know of some good brands, i read around and apparently Audi does not forgive misuse for that, so everything has to be similar to factory tuning. even some engine mods require a change. I didnt do any upgrades, any ideas what to get?

You can use Bosch or NGK Iridium. Napa can get you NGK's in the GTA

yeah NGK is what the factory puts in. The Iridium is just a better plug in general. just remember that the Iridium plugs are about $10 a piece

You can also get the NGK Laser Platinum plugs (PFR6Q). They are the best ones but the problem is that they are expensive and hard to find, but you might find them at Germanparts.ca.

Re: Sparkplugs...time to change

It all depends on the plugs. Some have long life as much as 100,000 km, so i woulds say generally every 80, 000 or so. So not that often. I got my ride last year from a dealer and home boy don't trust them tings. I threw about 35 clicks on it so far so im thinking its about the time.

I checked the prices
NGK iridium are about 16$
And the laser platinum are like 26.

You dont have to change them that often so im going with laser :D napa at dundas and dixie has them in stock :D
