Rear Differential axle seals problem after install
 

hi all
i took my 01 audi a4 b5 quattro to a local shop to have rear diff axle seals replaced.
now when driving i've lost exceleration power kinda like driving with your breaks on feeling.
when reconnecting the flange,flange nut & bolt and axle they did NOT use torc specs reassembling.
would that cause the issue excelerating hold back feeling also over heating somewhat but engine is hotter than normal after a short drive i can here it cooling (tink tink tink)
and never ran hot before the job.

any advice explaination help would be great
