Just picked up my A4 from the mechanic and he poured Motul 5W40 into the engine! How am I supposed to feel about French oil in German car? For mechanical things France is known to produce weird machines like tanks with 2 guns or Mirage fighter that are nothing more but bizarre.

 

Thankfully, your feelings about two very disconnected Earthly occurrences - a tank with two guns and the quality of a specific engine oil - have no bearing on reality. Check the oil specs!

Personally, I love Motul - they make great products, including a stellar brake fluid (RBF 660).
