John, its really unfair for you to ask the members for pricing with such little information. There are no pics, no history, no other details.

I just spent 1000 for a fixer-upper, invested 2000 into it (coilovers + parts) so. . . $3000 for a well-handling beater?

Re: How much should I pay?

I think $4000 is the absolute max if it was an original owner car , in mint condition, and had full service history with zero accidents. If (and this is a big if since I don't know a goddamn thing about the car) it has been resold a couple times, has little or no service history, maybe had a fender bender in the past, and doesn't have any real body damage - I'd pay $2000. At the end of the day, this thing is 14 years old and has a pile of miles on it.
