Help pricing my 2000 A4 2.8T Quattro tiptronic sport...
Hi all,
I am leaving the country and looks like I may reluctantly need to part with my awesome silver A4. I'm not sure how to price it when I offer it for sale -- I've seen base model 1.8s and non-Quattro listed at ~4K, and others from this model year up to nearly 7K. Mine feels a bit rare and hard to figure out how much the extras are worth. It is a 2000 2.8 Quattro, originally purchased in California. Silver, xenon lights, sport package, integrated nav system, black leather/wood interior. Now has 180K km & it is in great shape, has only ever had 92+ octane gas. We have loved this car for nearly 14 years and it still looks great. When we came to Canada in 2001 we replaced the instrument cluster with a German metric cluster (so only km marked on speedometer). I have full maintenance records and just recently replaced timing belt, radiator, and *both catalytic converters* (spent a few thousand right there!). We live in Toronto, will be selling it with a full extra set of mounted winter tires. Any ideas on what I should reasonably be asking? Thanks! |
