Default Fog Light Problem

I have a 1998 audi a4 1.8t and recently bought some new oem fog lights. When i took my stock grill off i noticed a. There was no screw holes or location to secure the fog lights and b. passenger side wont fit because of my horn being in the way. Is this the case will all 98 a4's? or just a certain bumped? Anyway i can get fog lights on my car?

Thanks Luca
