Hello Everyone,

I left the light on overnight and the battery died, then the next day I fully recharged the battery, that day the car started and worked fine but today the car hesitates to start and feels like its loosing power. I ran Vag-Com and I got this errors:

2 Faults Found:
17965 - Charge Pressure Control: Positive Deviation
P1557 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16795 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
P0411 - 35-00 - Please Register/Activate

What could be the problem with the engine?

I would suggest clearing them with the vag-com and then seeing if they do come back.

I did clear the codes and they havent appear again, which is good but the car still hesitates to start, also it now beeps after shutting off.
do you know why are those things happening?

 

Update, now the car won't start at all. Tried to recharge the battery again but it seems that is not holding the charge or that is bad, i'm going to buy a new battery and see if that fixes the problem.
If anyone know if there are other solutions, I will really appreciate your help!

 

Does the car die when you drive it? It could also be the alternator, if you go to a place like canadian tire they test it for free.

 

Thanks for your reply! No, the car doesn't start at all, can't even recharge the battery.
I got a battery from the dealership and now i'm going to install it, hopefully that will fix the problem, but if it doesn't what could be the problem?

 

Update. At the dealership they gave me the wrong battery and i call them cause my friend couldn't drope me there anymore, so I ask them to send me the shuttle to go and pick up the battery but instead they brought it to me.. I replace it and now everything works fine.
I'll post and update if the porblem happens again..
