If the project seems out of your scope, I would recommend looking up local upholstery companies in your area..... Call around and see who does work on car seats. You should be able to find one to remove the cover, place in the new heater, and put the cover back on for a reasonable price (I would imagine around 1-200 bucks.

Yeah, I was thinking that...
I just wouldnt want to put in a used heater after spending that money to have the upholstry done - then watch it fail later on.
I was trying to see earlier this morning if I could fit the heater in without removing the clips that I had found.
