Brake Corrosion

I have a 2013 A4 with 29,000 km and both front and back brakes are corroded at an approximate cost of $2,000. Sounds to me that this is pre mature with such low mileage, however, there is noise and I just had it checked out at my Audi dealer. Car is still under warranty but this is not covered as it is considered "wear and tear".
Does anyone have any comments? Thanks.
