Is this a transmission issue? 3rd tranny

First time it leaked all the tranny fluid all of it at the gas station, from there i drove all the way home next day took it to the shop, there was a crack on my trammy where fluid leaked from so i got a new one, was just put in with new clutch took it from the shop on the highway and it started popping itself out of fifth until it would grind in 5th then same thing with 4th until the car just started lugging while the sound of gears beimg busted took place bringing the car to a stop. Then in ordsr to keep the car running clutch needed to be to the floor, if i took my foot off the clutch the car lunges forward and shuts off. I have my shifter in neutral but its all locked up in some sort of gear??? By the way this has happened 3 times now excact same way every time and ive replaced transmission 2 times now however this will be my third because i foumd out the shop didnt put tranny fluid in the last one! Just confused if anyone could help out

I had a similar problem with my old Impreza. The problem I had was with the Clutch Fork.

Unless they have been faulty transmissions? Or novfluid being put into the tranny before take off

I completely agree.
That's why it's potentially something else causing the issue. Topping up is something I believe is a no-brainer for mechanics.
I do recall the issues I had.
Initially I believed it was the clutch that was going. I had that replaced in 2014. Drove it for almost a year, but there was always a noise from beneath the car. The mechanic at that time did not change the fork, and just said that he couldn't get to it.
Well, I baby'd the tranny for sometime but the noise was always there. In 2015 the tranny went. I couldn't get the gears to engage unless I hammered the clutch to the mat and leaned on the stick keeping it in gear. I went to another mechanic (one that I used for some minor work). He told me that the fork broke and, well, damaged pretty much everything else. He showed me the parts after when he finished.
I'm not saying that IT IS the clutch fork, but it doesn't hurt to check.
