Advise on buying used Audi A4 1999 - 2001
 

Hey Guys,

I just joined the forum since I decided to buy an A4, and I was hoping I can count on the expertise of people who own the A4 in the 99 - 2001 year range.

Due to my budget, I have narrowed down my choices to two, a 99 1.8T and a 2001 2.8 V6.

I was wondering if you guys could give me a run down of what I should look out for and what kind of repair/maintenance cost I am looking at when I buy one of these cars.

Will appreciate any insight on this.
