2001 audi A4 2.8 quattro chek engine light on
 

hey im pretty new at this but i need help with my 2001 A4 2.8 .

i just recently started having some issues with it like loss of power (performance wise ) and got the check engine light on ,got it scanned with VAG-COM and this what i got

p0300-random misfire
p0303-cylinder 3 misfire
p1392- bank 2 cam sensor
p1423-vacume leak or egr valve .

could these problems all be related to the egr valve ?
please help .

I hope it's not a skipped tooth on the timing belt! When mine went, I got similar codes, although the smashing of valves was a telltale sign that it was the timing.

oh i sure hope not the timing belt and the water pump wore changed at 120.000and im at 164 now ,i bought a new egr valve should be here in a few day see if that make a difference .
