Hi There I have an 1998 Audi A4 that won't start, recently had the engine swapped with a 2000 Audi A4, because my old engine blew up my old engine was aha (drive by cable), and the new one is atq (drive by wire) so I had my intake manifold, thottle body, fuel rail, and wiring harness put onto the new engine. It also had the timing belt kit done at the same time. After the new engine was in the car it would crank over but wouldn't start. already checked all the fuses, fuel pump relay is good, changed crank sensor. fuel pump isn't pumping fuel to the engine, and it's also getting no spark. I'm guessing it's maybe some electrical? maybe something to do with the ecm? help!! I really need this car running by next week. It also makes a puffing or thumping sound when it's cranking over (but that might just be because theres no fuel getting to the engine)
