1997 Audi A4 1.8T would not crank
Hello All,
Maybe someone can help me! I drove my Audi yesterday and it lost power when I was going around 60km/h I pulled over and now it doesn't crank! I have power, so battery is OK, I assume altenator is OK since it was running and lost power but I do have power in the car! Sound like starter does not want to engage but I don't think that is a problem since car lost power while driving. I checked timing belt this morning and it is there, didn't snap and all it is in line with sprocket! Do you guys think it's timming belt? Crank sensor? Any sugestions? Where to start? What to do? O yeas, I had oil change and motor has oil! Help me please! THANKS |
