DIY - Reset Service Light

Re: DIY - Reset Service Light
In later models of the A4, Audi eliminated the ability to reset the "Service Due" light yourself. In my Audi 2011 A4, you can reset the "service interval" on the MMI screen by pushing the "Car" button and scrolling down to the "service interval" item.
But to extinguish the "Service Due" message, you've got to hook up to some computer with a diagnostic device. Surprisingly the local Audi dealer did it at no charge. |

Re: DIY - Reset Service Light
Warning, Oakville Audi will try and scam $40 out of you to do this.

Re: DIY - Reset Service Light
$40 sounds rather cheap! I was quoted $72.50 by Downtown Audi in Toronto, plus tax of course.
