Thumbs up Boost Actuator Repair

ok here we go this post is no how to remove and repair/replace an actuator on a 1996 audi a4 b5 1.8ts
1.remove plastics above air filter housing and rocker cover.
2.remove induction ducting.
3.unplug n75 wastegte solonoid valve.
4.undo the two screws on the heat sheild attached to the air filter housing,release jubilee clip and detach hose from air filter box and remove filter housing lid.you should now be able to fold the filter lid back towards the windscreen.
5.undo bolt on left of filter box and remove box
6.remove breather pipe tee and n75 solonoid valve
7remove DV/BOV
8.remove bolts that hold the oil feedline to turbo,undo three screws that hold heat shield in place.
9remove heatshield.
10.release oil feeder line on top of turbo
11.release coolant line on top of turbo
12.remove three nuts from the cat-turbo and push cat back and off the studs
13.remove nuts + washers from exhaust manifold
14.remove three bolts and washers from manifold-turbo
15.remove exhaust manifold
16.remove banjo bolt and copper washer which holds a second coolant line from turbo.
17.remove allen bolt
18.pull turbo towards the space where the air filter used to be.
19.remove three bolts that hold actuator to turbo.
the install is everything in reverse order, its fiddly and frustrating.
