A3 heated seats.
 

I have a 2012 A3 Sportback. My heated seats don't work. I have replaced the fuse and still nothing. Is there another relay or fuse that works in conjunction with the one in the drivers side fuse block? The manual tells me that the numbers on the rolling switch will illuminate when the heater turns on. They do not light up. Has anyone had a similar issue? Any advice and ideas are always greatly appreciated...Thank you
