Hello, I have a 2012 A3 Sportback. I had to do some wiring repair to the wires running from the drivers door to the car body. In doing so I had to remove the rubber boot. Is it necessary to remove the door panel to get to the plastic part that the rubber boot goes around? I found an excellent door panel removal guide on here and am wondering if i remove the speaker would that give me access to the back of that plastic piece? Any advice and ideas are greatly appreciated...Thank you
