I bought the car at 67K so I am going to assume they did the DSG fluid change. I guess I will make sure when I perform the maintenance at 115K. Is there a way I can verify what services were done during the scheduled maintenance ?

BTW, I have read about the IC radiator getting punctured and loosing coolant when debris hit it through the grill. How critical is this ?

I know Audi recognized this and is selling a grill to protect the IC radiator and this grill comes standard in the 2013 models.

You can call the dealer you got the car from to see if they have any service history or ask them to see what area the car used to be serviced, and and contact that dealer unless this other person also had Audi Care then any dealer can tell you cause it goes under warranty.

The IC rad issue is just as much possible as are rad being punctured. In the 5 years I was a tech at Audi I did 3, 2 on S5 and one on S4. So it's not a major worry but if you want to be proactive you can even get the aftermarket blacked out protectors which should limit your chances of having any damage.

I just bought a similar car. 2011 S4 Premium Plus Black/Black Manual 6spd with 67K.

No CPO, as i bought it from a non audi dealer.

It's out of warranty, can i still get something from Audi? or would it not be worth it?

How much did you pay if you dont mind me asking? I got mine for 35k with brand new rims/tires and a set of used winters with rubber.

I had an '11 S4 for 3.5 years and 70000 km. Both front wheel bearings had to be replaced - there was an issue with some S4's where the wheel bearings were damaged in shipping the cars. Of course the replacement cost me nothing. I suspect that if that applied to your S4 that the bearings would have already failed and been replaced. Mine were both done before 50000 km.

Other than that, I had no trouble. I drive on gravel roads, and highways with lots of gravel from the winter, and had no trouble with rocks puncturing the IC.

It was a great car, and I loved every minute of owning and driving it.

Hey all.

Just took over a 2011 S4, white DSG. Coming from a Subaru it's similar but nicer, faster and more refined lol

Im lookin into a limited amount of mods. I like things clean. Any takes and suggestions on my projected list is always helpful.

RS4 grill
Lip
Maybe different wheel like the Rotors off the RS model
Exhaust
Intake
Truck duck tail spoiler maybe.

Things to watch for.... what it effects and general opinions welcome !
Thanks all
