Yes exactly, they are on the same boat. I had the choice between a black, 2 whites and a meteor gray, all equipped the same way. Good thing we had the last S-line's, the ''rotor'' wheels are awesome!! 
I'm wondering if the Sirius radio is different from the ''base'' radio, appart from the satelite functionnality.

''Rotor'' is the name of the 18 inches alloy wheels. They will be replaced by the standard 17 inches.
About the Sirius, yes, you get continuous from a satellite but you have to pay monthly charges after the 3 months trial
I was wondering if the Sirius radio power or interface was different than the base model.

I've had my 2012 A3 sline for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it.
sline/titanium package comes with the sport seats. It's not a $500.00 option. But I got it in Ontario... YMMV
I took some better pics last night, but haven't had a chance to put them online yet. I will post some more.
One thing worth noting. When I picked up the car, the dealer said that they are no longer offering the titanium rims this year due to supply chain issues. Not sure if that's just in Ontario or for all of Canada. I guess I can say I lucked out...

The S-line package was 2700$, with everything in it. Now it's splitted into 2 packages, without the 18'' titanium wheels (MD for all Canada). And by the way, the S3 has the same wheels in Europe

So we are lucky that we get rotor wheels on our 2012's eh?
I also asked for the front grille filler so I don't have that plate holder thing on my grille.

I just checked my bill of sale.
I paid $1,900 for the s-line package.
It included:
- blacked out front grille
- 18" Titanium Wheels /w summer contisport tires
- black headliner
- s-line chrome door sills
- black dash pieces (on door, stick shift)
- s-line seats with white stitching
- leather wrapped sport wheel
- Chrome tail pipes
- s-line front/rear bumper
- led /bi-xenon projector headlamps
Last time I was at the dealership my salesman said that they aren't offering the titanium wheels at all anymore. Whether he meant it's not part of the same package or you could add them on separately I don't know.
He did mention that he ordered some A3's for other clients and when they arrived they didn't have the wheels.
Maybe I ordered it early enough that they didn't have the package list finalized and just got lucky...
