i recently have been having a couple of problems and hope some of you might provide a little insight

Drivers Door window - recently this started acting up in that many time i would need to push the button a few times to get the window to go down. Now it has stopped working completely. At first i thought it might be a broken wire because if i played with the wiring harness where it goes from the body to the door, sometimes the window would work. Now it simply doesn't work at all. The thing is that when i do push the window button i can hear something in the door (like a switch or relay) but the window doesn't move. I'm thinking it is a bad window regulator or does it sound like a bad wiring harness?

Rear Drivers door - no electrics in this door at all. no lights, no window function, no lock, etc. . Seems pretty obvious that this is a bad harness to me. Am i correct? if so how big of a job is replacing the harness and how much do these things cost?

I had the same issue with my A3. Its the wiring in the door. It will need a entire new harness. The part is like $300.00. The shop i went to charged $550.00 total.
