Yes, I just picked up my A3 3.2Q about two weeks ago. I enjoy it very much. But it's still in the run-in period so I didn't really push it hard. It's my first Audi and I'm surprised about how much electronics detection built-in to it. I still haven't finish reading the few thick manuals!! I own Subaru Impreza before this but it was a pretty basic manual car with not much electronics. But I'm sure the gas mileage was much better than this A3.

Initially, I don't want to get DSG but I don't have a choice in here if I want Quattro. I don't want to drive a FWD A3 after driving Subaru for so long. But the DSG is really fast and really smooth with no delay in upshifting. I still find that's not so smooth in downshifting though. I guess it didn't rev match when downshift. And I still not used to the slight delay for starting from stand still.

I also need some time to get used to parking it. I find that it's harder to park it straight when I back in as the side window is not parallel to the road like my old Subaru. It's curving upward... But I guess that's just poor skill and has nothing to do with the car.

Best Rgds,
Lawrence

DSG actually does rev match on downshift.

As for your parking problem, I had the exact same problem. My fiance was like, "What happened to you? You can't even park straight." Took sometime to get used to, and the steering will also affect your parallel parking. Might have to VAG COM it to get it back to normal.
